Here are another Karm classification - a description to clear the meaning of various types of Karm with examples -

(1) Kriyaman Karm -
This is the Karm you do presently, the result of which you get immediately.
Example -
(a) You feel thirsty and drink a glass of water and satisfy your thirst.
(b) You abuse a person and get a slap in return.
(c) You buy the ticket on the current booking counter of a movie theater and watch the movie show immediately.

(2) Sanchit Karm -
Certain Kriyaman Karm which you have done in the past for which you did not get the result that time (when you did them), comes in this category. also certain Kriyaman Karm you do now for which you may not get the result now and immediately, come in this category. These Karm get accumulated and await the fructification of their results in time to come, sooner or later, may be in this Janm (lie) or next Janm (life), or maybe in some distant Janm.
Example -
(a) You eat Bhelpooree on the roadside but develop stomach ache in the evening - you ate the Bhelpooree in the afternoon, but its result was seen in the evening that you had a stomachache.
(b) You take exam of, say High School, now but results will come after 3 months.
(c) You hurt someone through an evil intended or unintended action for which you may suffer in future.

(3) Praarabdh Karm -
This the part of Sanchit Karm for which we have to get paid (as rewards or punishment) in this particular birth or life. This can be further divided into 2 types -
(a) Dridha Karm - Ones for which there is no escape from punishment.
Example -
Being born lame, blind, in poor family, with one parent absent, a cruel wife, with some painful disease etc)
(b) A-Dridha Karm - Ones from which we can escape the punishment or reduce its incidence, by doing the relevant remedial measures. To reduce the incidence of such Karm, one can seek the remedy and the remedy will either finish it completely or reduce it.
Example -
(a) A person suffering from cancer, may seek the help of doctors, and after the help, he might be completely all right, or the cancer can subside for a few years, reappear and take his life.
