Location of Tri-Paad Vibhooti            Contd...  from    Previous Page

Mahaadev Jee said - "Hey Paarvatee, Now I will tell you the location of Tri-Paad Vibhooti. There are innumerable Lok (worlds) for Him. They all are pure, Sattwa, joyful, full of comforts and conveniences, eternal, without the Gun of Prakriti, lighted like millions of Soorya, Divine, and without desires and anger. Only devotees of Hari live there. The sound of Saam Gan can be heard there all the time. These all Lok are full of Ved, and Upanishad in the form of people. Juice of only Ved is filled in their ponds. They all have Divine trees. I cannot describe them in full.

The middle part between Virajaa and Param Vyom is called Keval. There live the worshippers of A-Vyakt Brahm. Where one gets eternal joy. That place is called Keval, Param Pad, Nirvaan, Kaivalya, and Moksh too. Whoever Mahaatmaa have nourished themselves with the joy of serving Vishnu, they go to Vishnu's Param Dhaam which gives Brahm Aanand (joy). That is called Vaikunth Dhaam. There are many states there. And in there are innumerable gem-studded Vimaan and palaces. There is a Divine city in the middle of that, which is called Ayodhyaa which is surrounded by boundary wall and high gates. There are pictures made from gems and gold.

Chand etc guards and Kumud etc Dikpaal guard it constantly. On its eastern gate are Chand and Prachand; on its southern gate are Bhadra and Subhadra; on its western gate are Jaya and Vijaya; and on its northern gate are Dhaataa and Vidhaataa. Kumud, Kumudaaksh, Pundareek, Vaaman, Shankukarn, Sarvnidra, Sumukh, Supratishthit - these are the Dikpaal of that city. In the center is Bhagavaan's palace where Apsaraa and women, all Devtaa and their Shakti, Dharm and Gyaan, all Ved, Garud, Chhand all are present. In the center of this palace is a throne, and on that throne is an 8-petal lotus flower. In the center of that flower is the pistil, named Saavitree, and there sits Vishnu with Lakshmee Jee.

Vishnu's complexion is like blue lotus flower. His all body parts are most beautiful. Lakshmee is sitting on His left side. She is also very beautiful. On 8 petals are sitting 8 Shakti - Vimalaa, Utkarshinee, Gyaanaa, Kriyaa, Yogaa, Pranhee, Satyaa, and Eeshaanaa. Besides these Divine Apsaraa and 500 young women live in His palace.

Paarvatee, Now I will describe Bhagavaan's various Vyooh and Lok. In the eastern part of Vaikunth Dhaam is Vaasudev's temple; in its Agni (Aagneya or southeast) direction is the Lok of Lakshmee; in its South is Sankarshan's palace; in its Nairritya (southwest) is Saraswatee Devee's Lok; in its West is Pradyumn's Lok; in its Vaayavya northwest is Rati's Lok; in its North is Aniruddh's dwelling place; and in its northeast is Shaanti Lok. This Lok is lighted with its own light. Who observe rigid vows, only those  people reach there and then never come back. Who always do Jap of the two names Mantra (Lakshmee Naaraayan), they surely attain that Dhaam. That Dhaam is easy to get by doing Jap of this Mantra, rather than studying Ved; doing Yagya, Tapasyaa and fasting; making donations, and observing Vrat etc.

Mahaamaayaa said to Vishnu - "Naath, Now you provide body and dwelling places for these Jeev. You soon start your Leelaa like previous Kalp." Hearing this, Vishnu started creating worlds in her. He Himself entered her and created Mahat Tattwa which is the initial cause of everything. Ahankaar was born from Mahat Tattwa - this Ahankaar is of three types by Gun - Saatwik, Raajas and Taamas. Vishnu then created Tanmaatraa from Taamas Ahankaar. Aakaash etc five Mahaabhoot appeared from those Tanmaatraa, in which one Gun is more than the previous one successively. Aakaash (Space) produced Vaayu (Air); Vaayu produced Agni (Fire); Agni produced Jal (Water); and Jal produced Prithvi (Earth). Shabd (sound), Sparsh (touch), Roop (form), Ras (taste) and Gandh (smell) - these are the Gun (attributes) Aakash etc five Mahaabhoot.

Prabhu mixed all Mahaabhoot together and created a huge Universe. In that Universe, He created 14 Lok, Brahmaa Jee etc Devtaa. Four types of creation was created in those Lok - Daiv (Devtaa), Tiryak (lower species), human beings and Sthaavar (immovable beings like trees, mountains etc). All Jeev take birth in these species according to their own Karm."

Dev Sarg and Bhagavaan's Chatur-Vyooh

Paarvatee Jee asked - "Bhagavan, Now you tell me about Dev Sarg (creation) in detail. Besides tell me about Bhagavaan's Avataar also." Mahaadev Jee said - "Devee, Then Bhagavaan enjoyed with Maayaa for a long long time. This gave birth to "Kaalaatmaa" (Kaal or Time) which is available in the form of Kalaa, Kaashthaa, Muhoort, Paksh and Maas (month) etc. At that Hari's navel lotus, which is the seed of the whole world, bloomed in full and from that flower appeared the most intelligent Brahmaa Jee. Then with the inspiration of Rajo Gun a desire rose in his heart to create the world. Then he remembered Parameshwar sleeping in Yog Nidraa.

Vishnu got up from His Yog Nidraa and controlling His Yog Nidraa, He started creating world. He created a golden egg containing all Lok; Prithvi containing 7 Dweep (islands), 7 seas and mountains; and one Andkataah. He Himself got in that egg and meditated. During meditation, a drop of sweat appeared on His forehead and fell on Prithvi. Hey Paarvatee, I am born from the same drop. At that time I took Rudraaksh rosary and Trishool in my hands, and asked Vishnu politely - "What are the orders for me?" Naaraayan said - "Rudra, You will be the Destroyer of this world." Thus I was born from Naaraayan's body part in a terrible form to destroy the world.

Then He created Soorya and Chandra to remove the darkness from His eyes; air and directions from His ears; Indra and Agni from His face; Varun and Mitra from His nasal holes; Saadhya, Marud Gan and all Devtaa rom His arms; and mountains, seas, and cows etc animals from His skin. He created Braahman from His mouth, Kshatriya from His arms, Vaishya from His thighs and Shoodra from His feet.

After creating the whole world, Hari found it still unconscious, so He Himself entered them. Without His power, this world cannot even move, that is why He is the Praan (life) of the whole world. And since He exist in all of them in invisible form, hat is why He is called Paramaatmaa. He creates the world existing in four forms with His three Gun. In the form of Pradyumn, He has His all glory. He does His job of creation well existing in Brahmaa, Prajaapati, Kaal and Jeev. Vaasudev has given him all the knowledge of all Ved and history. Brahmaa Jee is the part of Pradyumn. He both creates and sustains the world. Bhagavaan Aniruddh is full of Tej (glory) and power. He, being the master of Manu, kings, Kaal and Jeev, sustains everybody. Sankarshan is Mahaa Vishnu. He has both knowledge and might. He, being the Lord of Kaal of all Bhoot, Rudra and Yam destroys the world.

Matsya, Koorm, Varaah, Nrasinh, Vaaman, Parashuraam, Raam, Krishn, Buddh and Kalki are Vishnu's 10 Avataar (incarnations).

Vishnu's Lok

Now you listen to His state. Maharshi tell His four Vyooh (dwelling places) - Vaikunth Lok, Vishnu Lok, Shwet Dweep and Ksheer Saagar. Vaikunth Lok is surrounded by water. It is the cause and so it is auspicious. It's light is like millions of fires. It is all religious. It is like Param Dhaam. Vaikunth Nagar is studded with various kinds of gems and is guarded by Chand etc guards and Kumud etc Dikpaal. It's length is 1,000 Yojan (8,000 miles) and breadth is 55 Yojan (410 miles). Millions of high palaces are beautifying it. All women there are like Lakshmee and men are like Vishnu. They all are related to Vishnu and they all enjoy like Vishnu. Whoever enters this Lok, he never comes back on Prithvi. Bhagavaan's Bhakt are free from all kinds of bondage, diseases and sorrows. Even those beings who live in Brahm Lok, take birth in the world, do Karm, and suffer with sorrows and fears. Because when their Punya decay, Devtaa get angry with them, and throw them to do Karm; that is why pleasures of Swarg is with sorrows. Vishnu destroys all sorrows that is why one should take His name only.

Here Vishnu sits in a Divine Vimaan. There are pillars studded with gems and there is a golden seat which is supported by Aadi Shakti. Upon that is an 8-petal lotus flower, also studded with various gems, and Naaraayan sits on that lotus flower. On His right side is Lakshmee Jee and on His left is Bhoo Devee. Vimalaa etc Shakti serve them from the 8 petals of the flower. Thus, O Paarvatee, I described you the first Vyooh."

In the same way he described the other three Vyooh of Vishnu - Vaishnav Lok, Shwet Dweep and Ksheer Saagar and asked Paarvatee Jee - "Now what do you want to listen?"
