Among them was a Rishi named Shubhra. His wife's name was Vikunthaa who gave birth to Hari Avataar named Vaikunth. Vaikunth created Vaikunth Dhaam to please Lakshmee Jee that is why He lives there. It is the best Lok among all Lok."
