Game No 11: Writing the Largest Number With 1 Using only Four times Write the largest number with the numeral 1, using it only four times. So you don't know how to write it? OK, go and check on Answers Page-3. Game No 12: There is a man who has a lion, a goat, and a bundle of grass. He has a boat too. He wants to cross a river. His boat is not very strong. He can take only one thing at a time with him. How many times he will have to cross the river? As you know: if he takes grass lion will eat the goat, and if he takes the grass goat will eat the grass. He wants to transport them safely to the other side of the river. HOW? Check your answer on Answers Page-3. Game No 13: There was a goldsmith who melted the gold and prepared 9 balls of similar size and weight, but somehow the 9th ball fell short of some gold, so it was lighter than the other balls, but still one could not make out just by looking at all the balls. He went to sell that gold. He said to the jeweler, "These are nine balls of gold. Eight of them are just alike but one of them is lighter than the others. I want that lighter ball back. The condition is this that you will weigh only two times." The jeweler said, "No problem" He weighed those balls twice and gave the lighter ball back to the goldsmith. HOW DID HE WEIGH THEM?
