When Uparichar did Tpasyaa, Indra got scared and he gave him a crystal plane and a garland of unfading lotus by wearing which he could not have been defeated and wounded in the battle, And this garland, known as Indra's Garland, will be your distinctive mark. Indra gave him a bamboo pole also to protect the honesty and maintain peace.

Indra to Baali
Baali was the son of Indra. He had given him a Mani Maalaa (a necklace of gems) which if worn in his neck will not let him be defeated by anybody.
