What is Medical Astrology?
When anything in astrology is related to diseases, medicine, etc, it is called medical astrology, such as -
which Yog / Mahaa-Dasha or planet position gives testicle pain / testicle health problems; or
why some people face heart problems when they have mental stress (which Yog / planet position gives this impact)

There are 9 Planets, 12 Sign and 12 Bhaav (Houses) in an astrological chart. These indicate all type of diseases in thousands. As an astrologer, we can indicate only the locality of the disease and nature of the disease, not the various kind of the diseases such as one suffers from a cancer. As an astrologer we can only say that the native will suffer from incurable disease or chronic disease at such and such place or locality of the body. We cannot give varieties of Cancer. But as an astrologer we can indicate the period of the disease i.e. the native will suffer from the chronic disease during the Dashaa of such and such planet; and even Antar-Dashaa of such and such planet. He will be cured or there will be death of the patient.

In medical astrology Sign and Bhaav indicate diseases and Planets indicate the type of disease. No one planet is capable to give its results alone. The planet should be conjoined with or aspected by another malefic planet or the planet himself should be in malefic sign, or malefic Navaansh, debilitated or combust or posited in enemy sign etc and should not be conjoined with or aspected by benefic planet. Moreover the Dashaa and transit should also favor for the malefic results. Then only the Malefic planet gives its Malefic results. So the chart as a whole should be seen.

For example, the 7th House indicates the external genital, testicle is one of the part of the 7th house. The native will suffer from problem of external genital during the Dashaa and Antar-Dasha of the planet influencing the 7th house and its Lord, and during the transit of malefic planet giving the influence of the 7th and 7th Lord.

In medical astrology 4th House represents the heart, 6th and 7th Houses stomach and generative organs. Any malefic influence on these Houses can be disastrous.
Raahu in 4th House - heart problem;
Raahu in 6th House - Gas trouble.
