3-16-Management From Raamaayan |
3-16-Management From Raamaayan Raamaayan gives us some lessons of management too (1) Baal Kaand (2) Ayodhyaa
Kaand (4) Kishkindhaa
Kaand (5) Sundar Kaand Thus while doing any work one should keep one's aim straight to get it completed. (6) Yuddh Kaand The stone sank because it was not inscribed with "Raam". Raam was confident that He did not need to use his "brand" as he himself was THE "brand" and tried to repeat the magic but it did not work. It was not "branded" with "Raam". Moral of the story is that the Brand Name is bigger than the "owner" of the brand name. A manager should feel good, when people recognize him by the name of his company.
