Problem	Unnecessary illness

This is a query regarding one natal chart enclosed. As per my opinion this person should live a long smooth life, ie with normal health, though not good health, but in reality it is different. Since Se 2007 he is continuously feeling giddiness, heaviness in the head, tightness in the neck etc.

I have following facts which are not favorable.
Jupiter in Scorpio in 3rd House
Saturn in Taurus in 9th House and looking at 3rd House with 7th enemy's eyes.
WHERE AS
Exalted Sun in 8th House - providing long life
Exalted Venus is also good

I do not know why he is not feeling good though routine medical check up does not reveal any disease till date.
