Episode 98
Chaanakya was very happy to see the results of his efforts of making his weapon, but the adjustment between the reality and the destiny is always not there. Chaanakya said - "Many types of carts and things will come in the city on this occasion, so our people will come hiding in those carts." One messenger came and he told Chaanakya that Dhanaa Nand was going to Bal Sabhaa."
Chaanakya said to Chandragupt - "You will see the last duplicate of Nand there only."
He had already sent a message to Digvijaya, that whatever you use - Saam, Daam, Dand or Bhed, but keep the real Nand in the palace.
So he had kept him busy playing Chausar. During the game Nand said to him that he would marry his daughter to him and will give the whole eastern Magadh to him.
Thus Digvijaya became successful in stopping Nand to go to Bal Sabhaa.

Bhadrasaal also thought that Nand's duplicate will be there, so we will see how Chandragupt will kill him.
When the time came for Nand to go to Bal Sabhaa, Amaatya ordered to bring the chariot for Nand.
At the same time he saw Durdharaa and Meghaa coming from outside very happy. He got worried seeing her like this. he thought how this change came in Durdharaa's mood? At the same time he became happy also to see her happy and said - "I am happy that you, forgetting Chandragupt, are trying to lead a normal life. I, as the Amaatya of this country, have some responsibility to you."
Durdharaa said - "I cannot forget Chandragupt and you will also not be holding this position for long." and went away from there.

Hearing this Amaatya got worried. He ordered to find about all princes and princesses. I want to know the reason of the change in her behavior.
Chaturaanan said - "Only Magadh soldiers can pass through this gate." Shashaank gave him gold and took the permission of taking his liquor cart inside the gate. Chaitanya was driving the cart. Chaturaanan had given his Mudrikaa (seal) to Chaitanya to show it to gatekeeper if need arises.

Bhadrasaal checked that both Nand and Chandragupt had not come yet. But at the same time announcement was made that Nand was coming. Chandragupt was also around. On the way, a woman came and brought some liquor for the King, but then he wanted to go to urinate and as he got down from his chariot, Chandragupt hit him with a stone which caused some bleeding from his forehead.

Amaatya was thinking - "Princess went after somebody and came back happily, what happened to her?" The then somebody told him that Nand was attacked on the way. Amaatya said - "I will check security system myself." So he came to the city gate. Amaatya had also come to see the security of the gate. Both Amaatya and Bhadrasaal were trying to know what Chaanakya and Chandragupt wanted to do?

Chaanakya said to Chandragupt - "You go to the gate with Shashaank and Ahairyaa to bring the cart inside the city."
"That will be done, Chauraanan has assured us to do it."
"But even a small mistake can spoil our whole plan." After saying this Chaanakya became unconscious.. Chandragupt sent Badar Bhatt to bring a Vaidya and sent Shashaank and Aharyaa to the gate to check the carts. Vaidya told them, that if Chaanakya stayed there, he would die. He had to be taken to Aashram. His inside wound is infected and its infection has spread in the whole body. He told that it was difficult to tell that whether his consciousness would be able to come back or not. Chandragupt kept looking after him. After a while Chaanakya opened his eyes and said - "I know how to treat myself. Our mission is in danger."

Amaatya himself was checking all the vehicles. When Chaitanya's turn came, he checked his cart also and found it doubtful. So Chaitanya got down from his cart, lit a torch and and ran away from there.
Bhadrasaal knew that Chaankya and Chandragupt will arrack Nand on the same Vasantotsav. He thought - "Now I will see what he will do?"
Amaatya took Chaitanya for inquiry, when he was going, he committed suicide. Amaatya noticed a Mudrikaa on his hand finger, He took it out and found that it was of Chaturaanan. Seeing all this Shashaank and Ahiryaa went from there quietly.

Chaanakya again said - "Our mission is in danger." Chandragupt said - "If you are not all right, then this mission is also not important. Nothing is more important than you for me." Shashaank and Ahiryaa came and told them that their people had entered the city, but Chaitanya had committed suicide and since Amaatya himself was there to check the security, we could not bring weapons inside.  Amaatya will increase his security from tomorrow. Chaitanya was supposed to deliver us the weapons but now he is gone, then who will do this work?"

Chandragupt said - "Now we will have to postpone our mission. Increased security, death of Chaitanya and the illness of Aachaarya - we will have to postpone our mission."
Chaanakya - "No."
Chandragupt - "But how we will do it?"
Chaanakya said - "We will fight with our Destiny. We will do Yagya for it." Chaanakya lights the fire for Yagya

Amaatya called Chaturaanan and said to him - "If you are innocent, then how this Mudrikaa was with that traitor? Those wew Chaanakya's people. They made a fool of you. Now you be ready to die. Where do they live?"
"I do not their living place, I met them in bar."
"Check all the bars and search for them."
Amaatya said to Digvijaya - "Please do not come out of your room tonight, because you killed Chandragupt, somebody can kill you, and the responsibility of your security is on us."

Amaatya had searched Chaanakya's living place in a bar.
Digvijaya came out of his room carrying his sword, he found Bhadrasaal in front of him.
"Who are you?"
"I am your friend. You dramatized Chandragupt's death."
"How do you know?"
Bhadrasaal told him that he had brought a message from Chandragupt and took him to his room.

Episode 99
Amaatya killed Chaturaanan because he was dealing with them and he did not know their names and addres. He had sold out himself to them.

Chaanakya saw that Yagya's fire had extinguished, which was not good omen, but Chaanakya was not going to accept his defeat, he said - "We are going to make our Destiny that Destiny is making us. Thousands of people's best wishes are with us. Dhanaanand has to die. I will not let anybody come in between my mission and myself." He said to Badar Bhatt - "I have to give you one special work to you. On the morning of Vasantotsav you hand over me to Nand. This is my order and my Guru Dakshinaa too. War is not for the piece of land, but for some mission."

Bhadrasaal said - "Digvijaya, Whether we win the complete war or we win its part, it is the same thing. Its result is the same."
Chandragupt said - "After the death of Chaitanya, now there is no way to deliver weapons in Magadh."
Chaanakya said - "You will get the weapons on time."
Amaatya said to his people - "Double the security around. Do not allow anybody to enter the city with weapons."

When we breathe we select between life and death. What is life? To select the breath. If our selection is correct, the string of our breath is life, but if you make a wrong selection, that becomes the noose in the neck. Today you focus on your aim. If you have to select one between your mission and me, you must select the United India, not me.."
Chandragupt took this vow that he would select United India. Chaanakya gave Chandragupt his mother's jewelry, her last thing. Chandragupt asked him where did he get it. he told him that he got it from Birajoo.

Amaatya was making arrangements. His guess was that whoever will attack on Nand, will attack from the front row as it was the nearest to the place where Nand was going to sit, so he instructed his people that they should maintain a strict security there and be careful in assigning those seats to people.

Chaanakya said - "Shashaank and Ahiryaa, You will lead them. And use Agni Samaayog weapon. When you will be doing this, Digvijaya's army will attack on Paataliputra from outside. Nand's army will lose its aim. Their horses and weapons will also not work, as we have given them the inferior ones. In such situation, we will soon control on Paataliputra."

They set to go on their duty, that Chaanakya held Ahiryaa back. He said to him - "Ahiryaa, I need your life. It is quite possible that several things may go wrong or do not go according to our plans. I have seen a fearless warrior in you. If any kind of trouble comes, you must save Chandragupt. He is the future King of United India." Ahiryaa said - "I am blessed, Aachaarya. What was I? Only a small fly. A small leader of a tribe. I got Chandragupt like brother and United India like dream. I am not educated, but I know this much that what Chandragupt is for you, for me, and for United India. I will do that." Badar Bhatt was also hearing this conversation, he got sad. Chaanakya reminded his duty (of handing him over to Nand).

When in the morning, all citizen came out of their houses, they saw that Chaanakya was lying on a cart sick and quiet. People knew that he was not well. Amaatya was informed about this, so he also came there. It seemed as if the game was over. It was a very disappointing situation.
Amaatya asked - "But how did you come here?"
Chaanakya said - "If I wanted you could not have killed me."
Amaatya asked - "Are you playing any trick?"
"What trick? I had this incurable disease, so I am helpless to fight with you. I have lost, that is why I am surrendering. I need freedom, a special kind of freedom."
Amaatya ordered his people to take Chaanakya on the same bed on which he was lying as he seemed to be very weak and sick.

Chandragupt came to the place of Vasantotsav, so Digvijaya brought him in as his friend. Chandragupt had covered half of his face. The security staff wanted to see his face. Chandragupt was hesitating, that Durdharaa came there and told the security staff to let Chandragupt come in as he was the friend of Digvijaya and Digvijaya was the guest of Magadh Kingdom. Security staff did not check him, and Durdharaa took Chandragupt inside and seated him on an appropriate seat.

Nand came there. He was welcomed by his people. He saw Chaanakya too. He was stunned to see him there. He then announced that Chaaanakya will be executed at the end of the Utsav. Chaanakya was tied with two poles, and his bed was left there only. One guard was posted there for his security.
Chandra rose from his seat was going outside, that Meghaa stopped him and asked him - "Where are you going?"  "MY Aachaarya is a prisoner, I have to free him first."  "Aachaarya himself has become arrested. This was the only way to bring weapons for you. Weapons are in his bed. You have only two arrows and two Astra (a weapon used by throwing) to kill Dhanaanand."

In the meantime Bhadrasaal came and asked Chaanaky'a guard to go away and he himself stood there as his guard. He said to Chaaanakya - "I know that Chandragupt is alive." Chaanakya said - " I knew that you were alive, but what you are doing here?"  Bhadrasaal said - "I was fed up playing with my own tactics, now I will play with your tactics. As you have made some plans, I have also made some plans." Chaanakya said - "Our mission has begun."

All duplicates of Dhanaanand were also around. Amaatya asked them also to enjoy that festival. But he noticed that all duplicates had some kind of purple marks on their bodies. On asking they told that might be some mosquito bit them, but Amaatya was not satisfied with this reply. Nand also asked Amaatya - "What kind of mosquito is this?" Amaatya said - "Mahaaaraaj, This is not mosquito bite, somebody had marked them thus." and expressed his doubt on Chaanakya. He said - "You are unnecessary scared of him, he is our prisoner. Then mark me too." So he was also marked.

As Chandragupt ran to kill Dhanaa Nand, he noticed that there was the mark on his neck, and soon his all duplicates also came there around him. Dhanaanand cried - "Kill me, kill me, Nobody can kill me. Try to kill me, try to kill me."
Bhadrasaal said to Chaanakya - "Your game is over."
Chaanakya said - "Some solution is always there for every problem. Our mission will be successful. My disciple will surely be successful."
In the meantime Chandragupt shot the arrow at the bell hung above. The bell fell down and Nand's all duplicates ran away from there. Now only the real Nand was standing alone there. Chandra took out his another arrow and shot that arrow at Nand. Nand fell down.
