Episode 100
Seeing Nand falling Amaatya ran away towards him, and found him dead.
Bhadrasaal said to Chaanakya - "Good, What a trick you have played today. I agree of your intelligence. I have seen it with my own eyes. Now I know that why Mahaaraaj was afraid of you so much and why he wanted to kill you?"

Amaatya saw Chandragupt, and got stunned to see him alive.
He thought - "I myself killed him, I myself set fire to his body, how he has come here alive?"
Other people also came to fight there.
Bhadrasaal said to Chaanakya - "Now if you want to see my trick, see it." and Bhadrasaal went away from there.
In the meantime Chandragupt came there and freed Chaanakya.
Now Amaatya saw Bhadrasaal, so seeing him alive he again got surprised, He said - "So you are alive? Your game is over. We don't have only these soldiers, we have 10,000 more soldiers outside the city, waiting for our orders. If you will fight, accept that you have lost."
Bhadrasaal said - "If I am there, defeat of Magadh is impossible."

Chandragupt said - "But we have won."
Bhadrasaal said - ""How are you so sure about your victory? I am sorry for you Chandragupt, because Dhanaanand is still alive."
Indeed Dhanaanand was still alive, he got up from the floor.
Now the turn was of Chandragupt and Amaatya to be stunned as how Nand was alive in spite of Chandragupt's arrow?
This was Bhadrasaal's trick that the whole scene was changed.
Chandragupt said - "Now your all soldiers will be killed by our soldiers who are standing outside the city."
"Those soldiers are not yours, they are now ours, they are of Digvijaya's and now he is in our control."
Amaatya said - "Good Bhadrasaal, good. I thought you were greedy of the rulership, but you are a true Saamant of Magadh kingdom.

Bhadrasaal said to Chandragupt - "Just imagine how Nand was saved from your arrow?"
Digvijaya said to Chandragupt - "Sorry Chandragupt, My soldiers are not for you, they will fight for Magadh."

How Digvijaya Came Under Bhadrasaal's Control
When Digvijaya came out of his room, he found Bhadrasaal in front of him, and he took him in his room. There he tried to explain everythhing like Amaatya. Bhadrasaal said - "You are with Chandragupt and you want to deceive us? Listen quietly to what I say to you. I know that Chandragupt is not dead. And this whole scene you made with the help of Chaanakya. If Nand knew this, he will afflict you a lot, so either commit suicide or disclose that conspiracy."
Digvijaya said - "I will commit suicide."
Bhadrasaal said - "Sure, You may. But to save one's own life is not called cowardice, but is called intelligence. Magadh can give you a lot, it can even make you the King of Magadh, so think about it."
Digvijaya understood and he joined him. Bhadrasaal then explained his plan and Digvijaya complied to it.

Chaanakya is Free and Ahiryaa is Dead
Nand asked Chaanakya to surrender, but Chaanakya said - "We will fight." Shashaank and Chandragupt freed Chaanakya and took him away from there. Ahiryaa continued to fight with Magadh soldiers, he used Agni Samaayog Astra which made a loud noise, Nand asked - "Amaatya, What was it? What kind of weapon it was? We have neither heard nor seen this kind of weapon before."

Bhadrasaal consoled Nand - "Don't worry, now they cannot go anywhere."
Amaatya went to one gate from where he doubted that they could got out. They were really going out from the same gate. Meghaa was guiding them. As they wanted to get out opening the gate, Bhadrasaal and Digvijaya also came there to stop them, but Meghaa succeeded in opening the gate. As she opened the gate Durdharaa was standing there. She took them in her chariot driving them herself. Since she herself was driving the chariot, nobody could dare to stop her on the way. She assured Meghaa that from then on Meghaa's secret will be her secret and she would not tell anybody that she was with Chandragupt, because she herself was with Chandragupt. Ahiryaa fought very bravely but in the end he was killed by Digvijaya.

In the meantime Amaatya also came there and asked Meghaa about Chandragupt and Chaanakya. She told him that the Princess herself has taken them outside the city.

When Durdharaa came to the gate, there were some security guards standing so Durdharaa and Meghaa fought with them, Meghaa bit them and they all died with poison. so she took them outside the city. She had arranged a bullock cart for them which took them to their destination wherever they wanted to go. They came to a Vaidya's house. Chaanakya fainted. Vaidya was examining Chaanakya. he commented - "Chaanakya's will power to live is diminishing. Medicine is medicine, but it works only with will power. Whoever patients struggle with incurable disease for long time, their condition becomes like this." Chandragupt was very sad depressed.

Amaatya said to Nand - "We are killing the traitors."  Nand said - "I need their dead bodies."

Episode 101
Story of Chaanakya
In fact this defeat had completely broken Chaanakya. Vaidya again said - "He is very disappointed, how the medicine will work." Chaanakya was completely silent. He had not spoken a single word since he saw Nand alive. They were staying in a woman's house. She had a son also whose father was also killed by Nand. Five people - Chaanakya, Chandragupt, Shashaank, Badar Bhatt and Meghaa were staying there.

Some time passed for that defeat, but Chaanakya's condition was not improving. Chandragupt said to Badar Bhatt - "Badar Bhatt, Quite some time has passed but Aachaarya has not recovered from that shock. What to do? How to awaken hope in him? He is very disappointed." The then Chaanakya spoke - "Chandragupt". Chandragupt came running to him. Chaanakya remembered his father and said "Father".

Chandragupt said to Chaanakya - "Aachaarya, We have not lost because of our planning or you. We have lost because of Digvijaya."
Chaanakya said - "As when the defeat goes in the name of the leader, in the same way victory also goes in the name of the leader; and whoever leader does not accept his defeat, he is not worthy to be a leader. So many soldiers trusted me, trusting me they fought for me and lost their lives. I am responsible for all this. My hands are filled with their blood. I have planned for this day for so many months, and it just failed. I am going, not only for you, but for somebody else also. You go now, and leave me alone." Chandra came back from Aachaarya. Shashaank asked him - "How is Aachaarya?" Chandragupt replied - "He is not all right."

Then Badar Bhatt told him the story of Chaanakya - "You know only your story, not his. Aachaarya's father Chanak was a great Aachaarya of his time. He was very cruel and troubling all his people. He made his people girls abducted for his entertainment, then levied tax on people. Shaktaar was his Amaatya and he was a good friend of your father. When Shaktaar reminded the King his duty, he arrested him. Your father went to free him, but he killed him in front of Shaktaar and imprisoned Shaktaar. When the public finds that somebody is there with them, then only the revolution occurs."

When Vishnugpt came home, her mother said - "Vishnu, Soldiers have arrested your father." Mahaapadm killed Chanak and imprisoned Shaktaar. Vishnugupt saw all this. Mahaapadm said - "Nobody will give any wood to his dead body, nor he would give any fire."
Vishnugupt loved his father very much, he was his ideal. His father used to sing an inspirational song with him - "Don't run away, make efforts."
Vishnugupt said - "Whatever work my father wanted to do, I will do it from today." His mother was crying that her husband's dead boy will not get wood and fire." Aachaarya said - "I will give him wood and fire."

Recovery of Chaanakya
At the same time Meghaa came there and told them that Chaanakya was not in his room. Chandragupt said - "I know where he should be." he took out Chaanakya's book from his bag and went to Chaanakya. He was standing on the shore of a river.
Chaanakya asked Chandragupt - "How did you know that I am here?"
Chandragupt replied - "Aachaarya, You yourself said - "When two people's hearts become one, they don't need to speak anything. I know that you are not able to explain to yourself. When I was in the same situation, you said to me - "Forgiveness makes a man powerful, so why not you are able to forgive yourself? Dhanaanand has killed my mother, his father has killed you father. You have taught us so much, that if you yourself will break, what will happen to us? Please, forgive yourself. We will again make efforts. I always look forward at you for inspiration." After saying this Chandragupt returned and started singing the same words which Chaanakya's father taught to Chaanakya. That song filled Chaanakya with a new life and he also returned with Chandragupt. Chaanakya said - "I am not broken Chandragupt. Thanks for reminding me all this.

Chaanakya Learns His Mistake
They came to their home. There the mother was feeding her child. The child ate the vegetable from the center and his hand was burnt. His mother said - "When things are hot they should be eaten from around, not from center. So eat first from around and then eat from center." Chaanakya heard this and realized his mistake that he should have got the faith for surrounding kingdoms before attacking Paataliputra. He decided that he would correct this mistake; and another mistake - to trust on a rulership lover king. One should not trust on who is greedy for rulership. What was Ahiryaa? he was just a leader of a small tribe, he gave life to make our mission successful. Chaitanya, what was he? A simple common citizen. he also gave life for our mission. But this Digvijaya? How many years we lived together, and he was my disciple, and he sold himself for the rulership, not for our mission, now I will work cunningly."
(Kutilataa - that is why he was known as Kautilya)

Amaatya said to Bhadrasaal - "Bhadrasaal, You did not understand me at all. I am only the friend of Magadh. First I was against you because I knew that you have lost Magadh's gold; but now you have proved that you are a good son of Magadh. You could be the next king of Magadh. Now you can ask the hand of Durdharaa from Mahaaraaj. But there is a problem...."
"What is the problem?"
Amaatya took him to Nand's palace and showed him Nand and Digvijaya sitting and Nand promising him to change his fate.

After a while Bhadrasaal and Amaatya entered Dhanaanand's palace.
Bhadrasaal said - "Chandragupt's matter is not yet over." He was worried about him He further said - "You are thinking of that person, of that traitor, who conspired to save Chandragupt, played a drama, surrounded Paataliputra with his army. If I did not see him, he would have made Chaanakya's plan successful. Who has not been faithful to his own people, he cannot be faithful to you."
Nand said - "O, I was going to give my Durdharaa to him?"
Amaatya said - "But we can have a better match for Durdharaa, such as Bhadrasaal, on whom everybody can trust."

Episode 102
New Plan of Chaanakya
Now Chaanakya starts making a new kind of plan.
Bhadrasaal went to Asaakya to Digvjaya. Digvijaya welcomed him in a very friendly way and asked him to sit. Bhadrasaal went up the platform and sat on Digvijaya's throne.
Seeing Digvijaya filled with rage and asked him - "What is this? This is my throne."
Bhadrasaal said - "It was, but not now. now this throne is mine. Since you have extended friendship with Magadh, now this a part of Magadh."
In the meantime Amaatya also came there and told him that Magadh's army ha surrounded Asaakya.

For the first time Chaanakya abandoned the path of goodness and adopted the path of cunningness. We will have to spread this that Nand can be defeated before starting anything new. We will have to enter to Paataliputra. We know that Nand must have increased his security, but still we will have to go there again and on the occasion of some festival we will plant our Agni Samaayog Astra around."
Chandragupt said - "Just now Vasantotsav has gone, to get another chance of such a big festival we will have to wait for long time."

Durdharaa's Marriage, Chandragupt Enters Paataliputra
Nand made the announcement that Durdharaa's marriage to Bhadrasaal was fixed  and it will take place soon. Hearing this Chandragupt broke into tears,  but hiding his tears he came to Chaanakya and said - "Aachaarya, This is very good opportunity. We will do this on the occasion of Durdharaa's marriage, because many people will be around there. Aachaarya, My love for my motherland is greater than any other love. Now we have to think only that how to enter Paataliputra.

Nand came to Durdharaa and told her some of the arrangements of her marriage. The king of Kapilvastu was gifting 4 gold pillars in her marriage. Durdharaa told him that she did not want to marry Bhadrasaal. Nand said - "The day you loved the traitor, you lost your privilege of choosing you husband."

Shashaank told Chaanakya that the king of Kapilvastu is gifting 4 gold pillars in Durdharaa's marriage.
Chandragupt suggested - "This is a very good opportunity to enter Paataliputra. I will hide in a pillar and be transported there."
Chaanakya agreed thinking for a moment and said - "I know a person there, Nayantaaraa. You may see her."
So Shashaank and Chaanakya went to Kapilvastu and came to Nayantaaraa. She did many things, but basically she was a sculptor and made even gold statues. She was making those four gold pillars also which were supposed to go to Paataliputra. Chandragupt introduced himself to her and since she like Chaanakya very much, she made the arrangements of transporting Chandragupt in one of the pillars. Chandragupt went to Paataliputra, and he sent Shashaank to Chaanakya.

There Nanad got the news that the King of Kapilvastu had sent the four gold pillars. He allowed them to come in.
Chaanakya had said to Chandragupt that - "Since all must be busy at the marriage place, not much security would be at other place. When you have blasted the Agni Samaayog Astra, I will declare the war."

Bhadrasaal told Durdharaa that he would surely marry Durdharaa, and Durdharaa was saying that she wouldn't. Nand was dancing in joy. Everybody was in a happy mood. Chandragupt was busy in setting Agni Samaaayog Astra. As Durdharaa did not want to marry Bhadrasaal, she wanted to commit suicide, so she was about to drink poison, that Chandragupt came there and saved her. Durdharaa said to him - "Please take me from here."
Chandragupt said - "I have not come to take you from here, I am on my mission. Go and sit in the marriage Mandap (place for marriage). Be sure that you will not be married to Bhadrasaal."
"I am very grateful to you."
"If you want to be grateful, be grateful to Aachaarya. Go there and everything will be all right."
"I trust you more than on myself. I will wait for you" and Durdharaa went to her marriage Mandap. Nand tied the knot of marriage between Bhadrasaal and Durdharaa.

Chaanakya Announces War With Dhanaanand
Chaanakya, Badar Bhatt, Meghaa and Shashaank came out and came to the gate of the palace. Badar Bhatt asked Chaanakya - "Aachaary, Why did you choose only Durdharaa's marriage time to do all this? Oh for Chandoo?"
Chandragupt ignited one Astra, Shashaank and Meghaa killed a few soldiers at the gate, and Chaanakya climbed up the wall and announced the war against Nand with the sound broadcasting system - "Dhanaanand, We are coming to depose you from the throne of Magadh. You just wait. Do you remember my vow? This blast is the warning is for that revolution. My dream of United India is not yet dead." Nand remembered Chaanakya's vow taken on the day he came to ask help from Nand.

Everybody got stunned hearing this. Nand got very ashamed of this happening because Chaanakya came in his palace and went away after making this kind of announcement and he could not do anything. He said - "Till I take bath from Chaanakya's blood, i will not sit with ease." Bhadrasaal also took vow - "Till I arrest Chaanakya, I will not marry."
