5-Ganesh Jee as the Leader of Devtaa For its other versions see Ganesh Jee Wins the Race-1; Ganesh Jee Wins the Race-2; Ganesh Jee Proves the Most Intelligent As now Ganesh Jee was alive so Paarvatee Jee brought all killed Devtaa (see How Ganesh Jee Was Born for how Devtaa were killed) back to life. Shiv's all Gan thought that Ganesh should be their leader, so Shiv appointed him as their leader. At the same time Devtaa also thought that Ganesh Jee should be their leader too. Shiv Jee got very happy to hear this proposal. He blessed Ganesh Jee with that he should be the remover of all obstacles so that all should worship him first and declared him as the leader of all Devtaa. He further said - "Blessed will be those who will worship you on the 4th day of the Krishn Paksh of Bhaadrapad month." That is why Ganesh Jee is always worshipped first whatever the occasion.
