Mead of Poetry

In Norse mythology the "Poetic Mead" or "Mead of Poetry" or known as "Mead of Suttunger" - Suttunger is a mythical beverage which whoever drinks becomes a scholar. He can recite any information and solve any question. This drink is specially used for poetic inspiration. The drink is a vivid metaphor for poetic inspiration, often associated with Odin the god of 'possession' via berserker rage or poetic inspiration. This drink was guarded by Gunnlod.

It is often associated with Odin, the god pf Possession, for his poetic inspiration.

It was prepared by two dwarf brothers Fjalar and Galar  who killed the god Kvasir and turned his blood into the mead of poetry.

After the Aenir-Vanir war, the gods had sealed the ceasefire by spitting in a barrel. To keep a symbol of this ceasefire they created a
