Dushaasan

Dushaasan is a Mahaabhaarat character. He was the second eldest son of Dhritraashtra and Gaandhaaree; and Duryodhan's younger brother. He was Duryodhan's right hand and was a staunch follower of his brother and very obedient to him. He was very mighty. It is said that his palace was more beautiful than that of Duryodhan. When Krishn comes to Hastinaapur as Peace messenger, Dhritraashtra asked Vidur to get ready Dushaasan's palace for Krishn to stay.

His first active appearance on the scene is when he was only a child. When Duryodhan gives poison to Bheem, Bheem becomes unconscious, then both considering him dead threw him in the river. After that Dushaasan was always with Duryodhan in many mis-chieves. he had a strength of 10,000 elephants, like Bheem.

Second time we see him obeying Duryodhan at the end of first dice game, to bring Draupadee dragging in the court by pulling her hair, if she doesn't agree quietly. He indeed did that. Then he obeyed him to pull her dress also till she was naked. But by the grace of Krishn, her dress cloth became so long that Dushaasan got tired of pulling her dress, but her dress cloth did not finish.

At that time Draupadee vowed that she wouldn't tie her hair unless she washes them with Dushaasan's chest blood. Then Bheem vowed that he would bring Dushaasan's chest blood to wash Draupadee's hair.

After that we see him in Kaamyak Van along with Duryodhan and Karn when they came to insult Paandav. When Gandharv came to fight with Duryodhan. He beat Dushaasan badly and arrested Duryodhan. Karn ran away some where. One body guard escaped somehow and went to Paandav's camp to call for to save Duryodhan's life.

In Mahaabhaarat war, he was killed by Bheem on 17th day. He did take Dushaasan's chest blood to wash Draupadee's hair and then only Draupadee tied her hair.
