Index-Prashn Upanishad

Prashn Upanishad is one of the earlier Upanishad. It is in the form of questions and answers. Maharshi Pippalaad answers his pupils' questions. It is associated with Atharv Ved. It has only six questions and their answers. Six pupils of Pippalaad wish to know about Brahm and that is why they come to Pippalaad. Pippalaad does not reply them immediately, rather he asks them to observe Brahmcharya for one year at his place. After completing one year, Pippalaad answers their questions.
