Kaivalya Upanishad

1-2-3
Disciple Ashwalaayan asked his Guru - "Venerable Sir, Teach me the knowledge of God, the Supreme Soul, the sacred knowledge sought by the wise; the knowledge by which the knower is freed of impurities and attains God.

The teacher answered - "Seek to know the God by combining, faith, devotion and meditation. The same Supreme Lord who resides beyond the Heavens also shines in the cavity of your heart. Those who strive to know Him reach Him.

10. By seeing your spirit in all beings and the spirit of all beings in you, you attain God. There is no other way to God.
[Commentary - The same idea is expressed in Eeshaavaasya Upanishad - 6 and throughout Bhagvad Geetaa (6, 21-28). Sarvbhootasth Aatmaanam Sarv Bhootaani Chaatmani.....]

21. God said - "I am without hands and feet and yet of inconceivable power, I see without eyes, and I hear without ears. I know it all and yet people do not know me. I am pure wisdom."
