When Daksh Jee did a Yagya in Kanakhal, he did not invite Shankar Jee because of his enmity with him. He invited all others - Devtaa, Apsaraa, Gandharv, his other daughters etc etc. When Satee Jee saw Chandramaa going to Yagya with his wife Rohinee, she sent her friend to him to find out where was he going to? Chandramaa told her that he was going to attend Daksh's Yagya. When Satee Jee heard this she went to Shiv Jee and asked him why he was not gong to her father's Yagya. Shiv jee told her that he was angry with him that is why he had not invited him, that is why he was not going there. Satee Jee said - "Even if he has  ot invited us, still he is our father so we can go there." Shiv Jee said - "It is not good to go somebody's house uninvited." But Satee Jee did  not listen to him and insisted to go there. Shiv Jee then sent her along with his Gan. When Satee arrived at her father's house, nobody welcomed her. She was very surprised to see all this. She was more surprised to see that there was no place for her husband in the Yagyashaalaa. She filled with rage seeing this insult of her husband and left her body with Yog.
