Collecting facts is knowledge and implementing that knowledge is wisdom. Education is the means of collecting facts and to know implementing the knowledge. Basically education develops the capacity to differentiate between right and wrong, true and false, good and bad. If it does not do that, then it is useless.

Wisdom is to be able to differentiate between right and wrong.
