On Religion |
Religion begins in knowledge, proceeds in practice, ends in happiness.
It is only revelation we have to preach and not our religion.
Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind.
"Pray as though no work would help, and work as if no prayer would help." When you pray for others, God listens to you and blesses them, and sometimes, when you are safe and happy, remember that someone has prayed for you. Prayer is not a "spare wheel" that you pull out when in trouble, but it is a "steering wheel" that directs the right path throughout. Morality is doing what is right no matter what you are told. Religion is doing what you are told no matter what is right.
