Geetaa-Teachings - Anyway

People are unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.
Love them anyway.

If you do good, people will accuse you of your selfish ulterior motives.
Do good anyway.

If you are successful, you win false friends and true enemies.
Succeed anyway.

The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow, doesn't matter.
Do good anyway.

Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable.
Be honest and rank anyway.

People favor underdogs but follow only top dogs.
Fight for some underdogs anyway.

What you spent, years and money, building may be destroyed overnight.
Build anyway.

People really need help but may attack you if you help them.
Help them anyway.

Give the world the best you have and maybe you will get kicked in the teeth.
Give the world the best you have got anyway.

WHY?
Because you have to do your duty - Your Karm.

Geetaa starts with the word "Dharm" and ends with the word "Mam". Dharm means "duty" and Mam means "my" - so the whole Geetaa is about "My Duty".
