Regular chanting of Shree Lalitaa Sahastra Naam is as beneficial as visiting religious places, taking bath in a holy river, offering food, offering materials. It is an indirect blessing to those who cannot do these kind of offerings to God. Regular chanting of Shree Lalitaa Sahastra Naam will ward off the evil from uncompleted Poojaa Vidhi or rituals etc. It will also form a way of penance.

Regular chanting of Shree Lalitaa Sahastra Naam will ward off premature death, will provide a long and contended healthy life.

Fever can be cured by religiously chanting Shree Lalitaa Sahastra Naam by touching on a persons forehead. The more number of times you chant, the more benefit you are likely to get. The Vibhooti / Kumkum used for Shree Lalitaa Sahastra Naam Archanaa can be applied then on the forehead, which will give much relief to fever and headache.

It is said that if one chants religiously Shree Lalitaa Sahastra Naam keeping a glass of water (or in a vessel) in front and then pours it over the head, all sorts of troubles related to once planetary positions and from evil spirits will be warded off.

It is said that if a person consumes ghee, which is kept while chanting Shree Lalitaa Sahastra Naam, he will be cured of impotency and will have children.

Maataa Amritaanandamayee, a modern-day Satguru, has said the following of about chanting Lalitaa Sahastra Naam : "Children, if we can do Archanaa of the thousand names of the Divine Mother daily with devotion, we will grow spiritually. There will never be lack of life's essentials, food and clothing, in a family that chants the Lalitaa Sahastra Naam with devotion."

How to recite Lalitaa Sahastra Naam
The Shree Lalitaa Sahastra Naamam can be chanted in two different ways: in Stotra form or in Mantra form.
In Stotra form, all 1,000 Naam are separated into Stotra of a few Naam each and recited in this way.
In Mantra form, each Naam is said individually, preceded by "Om" and followed by "Namah". When chanted in Mantra form, the endings of each Naam are generally changed to "e" or "yai". Mantra form is commonly used to recite Lalitaa Sahastra Naam during Archanaa.
Both ways, however, are equally effective.

Shree Lalitaa Sahastra Naam is a form of prayer that any one and every one can chant it at any time and every time. It does not matter if one cannot complete it, because each Naam by itself is a powerful weapon against many sorts of day-to-day problems and provide all sorts of benefits. It depends on what you wish and how you go about it.
It is a remedy for every mundane problem.
