Foreign settlement can be predicted by the followings -

If the following condition is fulfilled --

1. If 10th Lord in 12th House.
2. If 10th Lord and 12th Lord are in conjunction
3. If 10th Pada is in 12th house.
4. If the Moon being 10th Lord is associated with the 12th House it makes frequent travel in relation with business /job.
5. If 7th Lord is associated with the 12th House, it is for the business alone.
6. If 9th Lord is associated with the 12th House, then study and job both

Also 8th Lord or planets present in the 8th House have to be weaker to avoid any obstruction / hindrance.
