Sun Movements

Varaah Mihir writes in his Panch Saidhaantikaa
When sum of the Sun and the Moon sign degrees is 3600, then it is Vaidhriti Yog
when declination of the Sun and the Moon are the same but in opposite directions (North-South).
Adding 10 Nakshatra (133020’), it is Vyateepaat Yog, when the Sun and the Moon have the same declination, but on opposite ends of ecliptic.
That is possible only when South motion of the Sun started from the middle of Aashleshaa (113020’) which now starts from Punarvasu Nakshatra (Kark sign starts with its fourth quarter, 900).
