Dhwajaadi Prashn Gananaa
Is anyone familiar with this text. Is it North Indian?
------------ --------- -------
(The Dhwajaadi is a little Sanskrit work which uses a Hindu
astrological method of divination. Each of the eight groups of letters of
the Sanskrit alphabet are attributed to the Sun, the Moon, Mars, Mercury,
Jupiter, Venus, Saturn and the nodes of the Moon, Raahu and Ketu. The
questioner chooses a letter of the alphabet after formulating a question.
The answer to the question is reached by referring to the letter
attributions. The idea is that gradually the diviner builds up an
extensive picture of a situation by choosing a series of different
letters.) ..Mike Magee.. translator
