Meditation is a relaxation technique that has been around for thousands of years. While it has been more formalized as a spiritual discipline in the East, in recent years thousands of people have been using it in the West as a method to reduce stress levels and maintain mental focus.
Tapasyaa is the principle and practice of physical and spiritual austerity and discipline to achieve a particular aim. A Sanskrit word, Tapasyaa is literally an personal endeavor of discipline, undertaken to achieve a goal. It is usually applied in religious and spiritual terms, but can be applied to any field or context. One who undertakes a Tapasyaa is a Tapasvee. Monks and Gurus in Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism and Jainism practice Tapasyaa as a means to purify and strengthen their devotion to God.
We live to believe, to serve to strengthen. We strive to become one with our work. Our Vision. Our Tapasyaa.
The first one is to increase the longevity where as the second one is
religious approach for salvation of Punarapi Jananam. For Christians
penance means -
