Nava Dravya - Prithvi, Jal, Tej, Vaayu, Aakaash, Kaal, Dishaa, Aatmaa and Man

What is Dravya? In which there are Kriyaa Gun and Gun are called Dravya. Among them Prithvi, Jal, Tej, Vaayu, Aatmaa and Man - these 6 Dravya are of Kriyaa and Gun.
And Aakaash and Kaal and Dishaa - these three are without Kriyaa.

From whatever the objective (Lakshya) is known, is called Lakshan - such as one knows the Roop by eyes, so eyes are and Roop is Lakshya.

Prithvi has Roop, Ras, Gandh and Sparsh. In it Roop, Ras and Sparsh are because of Fire, Water and Air - Gandh is its own characteristic.
Prithvi's natural characteristic is Smell
Water's natural characteristic is Ras
Fire's natural characteristic is Roop
Air ---------------- Touch
Ether -------------  Shabd (Sound) - no Roop, Ras, Gandh and Touch in Ether

One hears from ears - Shabd, sees from eyes - Roop, takes Ras from tongue, smells from nose - Gandh, touches from skin - Sparsh.
With what we count, 1, 2, 3... it is called Sankhyaa
With whatever we weigh, light or heavy, it is called Parimaan (weight)
When some thing is separated, it is called separation
When two things meet or join each other, it is called Sanyog
When we divide on thing into many, it is called Division
With whatever we discriminate good and bad, it is called Buddhi (wisdom)
Aanand (pleasure) is Sukh
Affliction is Dukh
Gurutwa is heaviness
Dravatwa is melting
Sneh is affection
Dharm is to be justified
Kathinataa and
Komalataa  -- these are 24 Gun

Utkshepan - to act upward;  and   Avakshepan - to act downward
Aakunchan - to restrict or shrinking;  and   Prasaaran - expansion
Gaman - coming and going   -- are called Karm

Saamaanya (normal) and Vishesh (specific) are known by Buddhi.
SaaDharmya and Vaidharmya - alike nature and opposite nature

If there is a cause there is a Kaarya
