Presently
the Siddh Peethaadheesh is Shree Maharaj Ji, "Maharshi Upendra Bahadur Singh
Chandel" who is a disciple of a Yogee, known only by the name of Naga-Baba, Shiv
Baba or Maharaj Ji. Naga-Baba's age is unknown, but according to the documents which
he handed over for the safe keeping to his disciple - Shree Upendra Ji, his age was
calculated to be a lot over than 1800 years when he took live Samaadhi for the next 200 years in
1966 in Garhwal District in the Himalayas.
A book
about Shiv Baba entitled "Woh Rahasyamaya Mahaayogee" has
been written by the famous International Raamaayan Conference organizer
Shree Lallan Prasad Vyas.
Recently this book has been updated and
has been published with a new title - "Mahaaviraat Kee Anubhooti Evam
Digdarshan". This book is being translated in English language too.
