Saaraswat
From Bhaagvat Puraan,

Saaraswat Rishi was the son of Maharshi Dadheechi. Once Dadheechi was doing Tap. Seeing his Tap Indra got worried, so he sent an Apsaraa Alambooshaa to disturb his Tap. She succeeded in disturbing his Tap and seeing her his semen fell in Saraswatee River as he was doing Tap on the banks of Saraswatee River. As it fell in, Saraswatee took it and kept it in her womb. When the time came she gave birth to a baby boy. She took him to Maharshi Dadheechi and said - "This is your son, please accept him." Dadheechi gave that son to her only and named him Saaraswat because Saraswatee gave birth to him. Later when once a severe famine occurred in the country, he fed food Rishi with the help of Saraswatee.
