When a chart is drawn by dividing a Sign in certain number of parts, is called varg Chart, or Divisional Chart or Varg Kundalee and is named "D-1", or "D-3", or "D-9" chart as the case may be; for example the single Birth Chart is called D-1 Chart, because in that chart the Sign is not divided and is whole. Other charts may be D-3, if the Sign is divided in 3 parts; or D-9 if the Sign is divided in 9 parts.

Varg Charts are very important and used in various types of predictions. Some things are known by some Divisional chart, while other things are known by other Divisional charts.
