Meaning : Lord Shiv is seated on Mount Kailaash; his forehead is decked with the Moon and the king of serpents as a crown. The Lord is full of compassion and the remover of illusion. Shiv is the only protector. I surrender myself to such great Lord Shiv-Shankar.

Recite Shiv Sahastra Naam daily in the morning for 108 days
After the Jaap pray for your desire - you will be rewarded sooner or later.

Recite "Aum Namah Shivaaya" 500,000 (5 Laakh) times

Chandramauleeshwar Saadhanaa
Saadhanaa Samagree : Chaitanya Poorit Rudraaksh, Rudraksh Maalaa
Day : Any Monday or Sunday      |       Time: 7.36pmĀ to 9.12 pm

In this Saadhanaa let the Saadhak take bath, wear yellow Dhotee, and Guru Chaadar.
In front of you place a wooden plank (Lakadee ki Chaukee), cover it with red cloth
Sit in meditative pose and chant "Om" three times.
Do Guru Dhyaan for 5 minutes and pray him to resolve all your problems and take his blessings.
Place a plate in front of you and write Sanskrit letter "Om" and place Chaitanya Poorit Rudraasksh on it and give a Tilak with Kumkum and drop a few rice grains on it chanting
"Om Chandramauleeshwaraaya Namah" 11 times,
Chant the same Mantra 11 times while dropping Black sesame, Black mustard, Kaalee Mirch (black pepper) respectively.
Light incense and light lamp with mustard or sesame oil and make sure that the lamp keeps burning during entire Saadhanaa Kaal.
Then meditate on Lord Shiv's Chandramauleeshwar Swaroop and
With "Rudraaksh Maalaa" chant 9 Maalaa of following Mantra ---
"Om Sham Cham Chandramauleeshwaraay Namah"

After completing the chanting do guru Aartee and spread the items (dropped on chaitanya rudrashksh) in your house and shop and all other places so that all evil planetary effects are warded off and to avoid the same in future. After this, drop Rudraaksh and Maalaa in a pond or river.

This Saadhanaa is fast acting and in addition of neutralizing Graha Dosh one obtains grace of Bhagavaan Shiv Shivaa in obtaining his higher Saadhanaa.

Another Saadhanaa
Mahaa Mrityunjaya Beej Mantra is the powerful Mantra of Lord Shiv, who is the also known as Kaalakalaya (one who brought death, to death himself). Mahaa Mrityunjaya Beej Mantra is just a single line Mantra. Chanting this mantra 21 times will invoke Lord Shiv, the great conqueror of death. By chanting Mahaa Mrityunjaya Beej Mantra you can gain good health and prevent untimely death.

Another version of Mrityunjaya Mantra is the Tryambakam Mantra. One can also chant both the mantras at the same time to appease Lord Shiv.

Om Tryambakam Yajaamahe Sugandhim Pushthi Vardhanam,  Urvaa Rukamiv Bandhanaat Mrityor Muksheeya Maamritaat ||

Mrityunjaya (Beej) Mantra
"Aum Hoom Joom Sah".

The Beej Mantra is given by Kaholaa Rishi; The Mantra is in Gayatri Chhannd; The Mantra Devataa (deity) is Sri Mrityunjaya (form of Shiv). This Mantra is to be used for meditation and at all times for protection from all evils.

Introduction
There are many Mantra for warding off evils like death and other suffering given in the sacred literature of the Hindu's. These Mantra are of various types but the Mrityunjaya Mantra has been extolled in sacred literature as being the best. This Mantra is addressed to Lord Shiv and is taught in the Rig Ved (7th Book or Mandal, 59th Chapter) as well as the Yajur Ved (3-60) showing that it is a Shruti having been received by Maharshi Vashishth, the Kul Guru of Raam. This Mahaa Mrityunjaya Mantra is from the Rig-Ved (7th Book or Mandal, 59th Chapter) and needs initiation for attaining Siddhi. Anybody can recite this Mantra and attain good health, release from bondage and other problems. This is the greatest panacea for all evils and can be recited at any time like any other Mahaa-Mantra.
