Prediction by Lords
7th Lord in 12th House
BV Raman states that if the 7th Lord is in 12th house from Lagna, he/she will
have more than one marriage. Either the native will separate and get remarried
or the native is likely to have a clandestine affair with another person/woman.
If the 7th Lord is afflicted, the native will marry a second time after loosing
the first wife due to death, but if affliction is severe the husband or wife
may die and from there on 2nd marriage will not be there. But I have seen a
few charts wherein 7th Lord in the 12th they go in for divorce and then get
remarried or there marriage gets delayed to a very great extent.

In the case of dual sign Ascendants (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces), if the
7th Lord is strong and placed in the 12H, without malefic aspects, then domestic and
marital bliss is assured. How does the Lord of the 7HL being in the 6th from the 7H,
in the house of losses/expenditure/ confinement, become so auspicious?

If the Lords of 1, 5, and 9th Houses are placed in the 4th, 8th, and 12th Houses, OR
form relationship with their Lords in D-1 or D-9,
