Shashthiapt Poorti

According to our Hindu calendar when one completes 60 years of his age, on the star birthday, it is said the planet positions are all exactly in the same positions as when he was born
2. Shashtiapt Poorti signifies also that the man has seen 1000 New Moon and that Chandra is pleased and helps in attaining Moksh, and the Native is no more controlled by his Raashi chart
3. Shadhabhishek is at the completion of the 80th year.

Rep-1 - All planets cannot have the same position after 60 years. As per Siddhaant texts, they come to same position after a Yug - that is the definition of Yug. Here planets up to Saturn only are taken which lie within 1000 Sun-diameters from Sun. The zone is called Sahastraaksh in Purush Sookt 1, and Chakra of Sun's Rath in Puraan. After 60 years, only Saturn and Jupiter complete 2 and 5
revolutions - so only their positions will match, that also approximately, after 60 years

Rep-2 - Where 1000 Full Moon means completing 84 Lunar years which we can call as Navati - means 90 years, but people generally celebrate it earlier than 90 years -- which is more on part of fructification of the Raaj Yog(s) which says such a native will live happily to see the 1000 full moon in life enjoying the life too (as Phalaadesh of some Raaj Yog including Panch Mahaa Purush Yog(s) says so, though some Yog(s) says less age). - Sunil Nair

Rep-3 - If you are asking about that which chart is stronger to see the effects of the chart, or which one is more prominent ---
then here is the answer - Birth Lagna cannot be ignored but if Moon sign is stronger after some 30 /32 yrs, the Moon sign can act as Lagna and tilt the chart to its effects more, so see the both Lagna and then see which one is more showing present conditions, then it will give the clue to how to assess the chart. Next question may be how to see which Lagna is stronger  there is a stanza, "Yo yo bhava swami drishte yuto va ------ gives us the clue here - which ever Bhaav is aspected, associated with its own Lords or Shubh Graha ------ will be stronger.

1. It is believed that on the 60th star birthday, all planet positions are all exactly in the same positions as when the person was born
2. Shashtiapt Poorti signifies also that the man has seen 1000 new moon. It is said that Chandra is pleased and helps in attaining Moksh, and are no more controlled by Raashi chart ??????

--It is Varsh Pravesh chart. In Taajak system also it is worked out. After completion of 59 yrs, the solar Ingress charts more or less give the same natal position of planets as at the time of birth.
--Normally Jyotish after completion of 60 years may not be of great relevance. The fact that 1000 Moons is often referred in some books but not in astrological books. When we consider astrological issues we take Lagna into consideration as well as other planets also. In any case Dashaa progression is always with reference to Raashi chart.
