How to Name a Child?
In traditional Jyotish, if the Moon is weak or afflicted. his name is not kept as per Avakahada chakra.
For example; if in a chart of Dhanu Raashi, Moon strongly afflicted by nodes and Saturn and Mars by Raashi as well as Graha Drishti, from squares, so h has been named as Mrityunjaya - which as per Avakahada chakra falls in his Lagna Leo with Yog Kaarak Jupiter. Nevertheless as per phonetics of astrology letter 'M' is ruled by planet Saturn the directionally strong planet in his horoscope.

So for Leo Lagna...  5th and 8th Lord Jupiter having strong directional strength in Lagna and Saturn having directional strength both ensured their results to fullest extent... strong attachment to Jyotish and career away from native place....  westward from his birth place (Orissa). So, depending upon the Houses ruled/disposed by one's name Lord (based on phonetics only) the results will surely get prominence. Name is a relative concept of the material world. So while changing name please see the position of the ruling planet of your name from Arudhaa Lagna as well as its dispositor's placement. Note that while making any judgment from Arudhaa Lagna placement is most important. Ownership from Arudhaa gets the next priority in predictive importance.
